Use the panel on bare skin - cleanse your skin before use and don't apply any active ingredients or heavy creams. Heavy creams may block light penetration. You can use a lightweight, clear hydrating serum if your skin feels - these don't interfere with red light absorption. After using the panel, you can apply your skincare as normal

Yes. Red light therapy is safe for the eyes and skin when used as directed. You can comfortably use Ocuglow 3–8 inches (7.5–20 cm) away from your face. Goggles are optional. You can wear them if you prefer extra comfort or plan to use it very close to the eyes. Avoid staring directly into the LEDs for long periods.
