FAQ

This is a basic vision screening tool that checks performance on a few visual tasks (for example visual clarity, contrast and colour discrimination). It is not a diagnosis and it does not assess overall eye health. It’s designed by eye experts and takes just 4 minutes. You’ll get your results as a downloadable PDF.

This is a screening tool, not a replacement for a full eye exam. Useful as a quick check-in, but it should not be used for reassurance about eye health. Keep up regular eye exams and seek advice if you have symptoms.

We recommend a full eye exam with an optician every two years (or sooner if you have vision concerns or a family history). If you like tracking changes in your vision performance, you can repeat this tool occasionally. It does not replace routine eye examinations.

This screening is ideal for anyone who spends time on screens, whether that’s working on a laptop, scrolling on a phone, or gaming. It’s a great fit for adults, students, and even older teens. If you have tired eyes, blur, headaches or discomfort, book a full eye examination. This tool is not designed to assess symptoms or rule out disease.
