We at Ocushield are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as it unfolds. Our priorities during this unsettling time are keeping our employees safe and healthy, and continuing to deliver a high level of service to our valued customers.
More of us will be using online shopping as a channel to get the product or services we require. As some of you may or may not know, the virus can live on surfaces for up to 24 hours. When receiving food, product or any deliveries, we advise that you dispose of the outer packaging responsibly and disinfect your hands by washing them with soap. Soap is very effective as it dissolves the fat membrane, meaning the virus becomes inactive.
We have made changes with the goal of keeping our teams healthy and suppressing the spread of COVID-19. This ensures that all our blue light products are picked, packed and shipped by healthy employees. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it’s entrusted to one of our shipping partners. Ocushield and its fulfilment partners are pulling together to deliver the highest, healthiest level of service to our customers.

Update on global delivery times in September 2020:
Delivery and border regulations are changing almost daily. Because of this, it’s really difficult for us to provide each of you an exact delivery date, however we are currently advising that delivery times are being delayed by up to 10 working days hence why you will see at checkout a range of 3-45 working days in some cases for international delivery. Although, we are seeing things stabilising now especially in USA, CA, EU and UK so you may receive goods sooner.
