Aura

It’s no surprise that Aura calls itself the number one app for emotional wellbeing and sleep. with personalised meditations, life coaching, stories, sleep, therapy, and music and sounds - there's something to help you feel calmer and slip off easier. 

The more you use it, the more it gives and you can unlock content through your progression roadmap - so you can monitor how often you’re using it and how effective it is. You can also save your preferred sounds and playlists for future preferences.

Headspace

Headspace specialises in mindfulness and meditation to help improve stress, anxiety, sleep, focus, fitness and more. Their aim is to help you live a healthier, happier, more well-rested life in just a few minutes a day. Sounds perfect, right?

Not only does it help you fall asleep easier through guided meditation, but also provides you with the tools to calm your mind and body should you wake up in the night due to anxiety or lingering frustration from the day. Perfect for those who are finding it difficult to switch off from work during these strange times. 

Sleep cycle

If you want to know more about how you sleep, the Sleep Cycle app is for you. This handy app tracks and analyses your sleep, waking you up at the ideal, light sleeping time to help you feel rested! By finding the perfect wake up window, Sleep Cycle helps you to feel better and achieve more (in the same way our anti blue light products do).

By finding the right time to wake you up, pressing the snooze button five times will become a thing of the past and you’ll feel ready to get up and seize the day - feeling well-rested and full of energy for the commute to the sofa. 

Calm

Calm is a popular choice among many. With guided meditations to help you fall asleep from Harry Styles or Idris Elba - we don’t blame you! 

On a mission to help the world feel calmer and safer, they offer features meditation, sleep aid, gentle movement and stretching guides and music designed to help you focus, relax and sleep. you can find a session for whatever mood you're in. if you don't have the energy to meditate, you can listen to a story or nature sounds to help guide you off to sleep. 

Slumber

Slumber offers a wide range of sleep meditations and bedtime stories that calm your mind and help you to fall asleep effortlessly. They've also designed the app with a dark interface so it doesn't disrupt you when you're looking to nod off. Most interestingly, the app allows you to 'delay the ending' which continues the background noise for as long as you want. 

You can also choose between voices and accents when listening to engrossing yet soothing stories to help you drift off late at night. We’re a big fan of the Irish accent ;).
